  • Please arrange a stool or ladder at the venue to help the decorator reach the ceiling.
  • Hotel room decoration is available only after obtaining prior permission from the hotel management.
  • Any complaint regarding the decoration must be reported within 2 hours of the scheduled completion time.
  • Once the decoration process has been started or attempted, rescheduling or cancellation is not possible.

Yes, you can supply your own props and other decorative products. Please give us your props or other decorative products at least one day in Advance. Extra setup charges may be required depending on how you supplied them.

Your decoration is to be completed by the time slot chosen at the time of booking. This means the decorator can arrive on the day at any time within that window to complete the decorations.

Yes, we do decorate hotel rooms and restaurants as well; you should check with the hotel or venue management first for any permits before the setup.
