Decoration Details

  • Displayed images are for reference purposes only. Actual decoration setup, balloon colors, or designs may slightly vary based on availability.
  • Our decoration expert will arrive during your selected time slot for setup and arrangement.
  • Kindly provide a stool or ladder if ceiling decoration is included in the package.
  • Decoration services can also be arranged in hotel rooms with prior approval from hotel management.
  • All decoration materials and props provided by Joyfull are on a rental basis and will be collected the next day unless otherwise informed.
  • Any issue or complaint regarding the decoration must be reported within 2 hours of delivery/setup completion.
  • Once the decoration process has started, cancellation or rescheduling of the booking will not be possible.

You can choose the design of your balloons while booking the package. Balloons can be in single colour, combination colour or multiple colours.

Yes, you can supply your own props and other decorative products. Please give us your props or other decorative products at least one day in Advance. Extra setup charges may be required depending on how you supplied them.

Your decoration is to be completed by the time slot chosen at the time of booking. This means the decorator can arrive on the day at any time within that window to complete the decorations.

Yes, we do decorate hotel rooms and restaurants as well; you should check with the hotel or venue management first for any permits before the setup.

When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a notification message sent via email or text to the telephone number you have provided. Additionally, our team members may reach out to you prior to your scheduled event for additional coordination.

You can always receive information about your booking status and your decorator by contacting our customer support team.

If your package includes photo printing or hanging photo decorations, you can submit your photos via email or our WhatsApp support group with your order number included.

Typically, only one decorator will be designated to do your set-up; however, in some cases, multiple decorators may be assigned based on either size or quality of decorations.

No, due to safety issues, we do not sell balloons that have been filled with either helium or gas.

Most decorating items will remain yours after the event has concluded unless they are specifically listed on the package description as “Rental” or “On Rent”.

Yes, if you require to change the date or time of your booking, please call our customer support team and request to make the change 24 hours prior to your event.
