  • Customers are requested to arrange a stool or ladder if ceiling decoration is required.
  • Hotel room decorations can be provided only after obtaining prior permission from the hotel management.
  • Any concerns or complaints must be reported within 2 hours of the completion of the decoration service.
  • Once the decoration process has started, rescheduling or cancellation will not be possible.
  • Please ensure that the decoration area is clean and accessible before the decorator arrives.

Yes, we do decorate hotel rooms and restaurants as well; you should check with the hotel or venue management first for any permits before the setup.

When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a notification message sent via email or text to the telephone number you have provided. Additionally, our team members may reach out to you prior to your scheduled event for additional coordination.

If your package includes photo printing or hanging photo decorations, you can submit your photos via email or our WhatsApp support group with your order number included.

Typically, only one decorator will be designated to do your set-up; however, in some cases, multiple decorators may be assigned based on either size or quality of decorations.

No, due to safety issues, we do not sell balloons that have been filled with either helium or gas.
